Most days out from Bukaw pass through Bacolod, or start at Bacolod–Silay Airport. This is what we can say about the ride apps and the airport van. Fares we have not seen published are left out. What is running can change.

The stay is at Bukaw, by the Malogo River in Silay. The three cities are Silay, Bacolod and Talisay.
Cars only
Grab works in Bacolod and at Bacolod–Silay Airport. Drivers wait there at flight times. Grab's own airport page lists a ride from Bacolod to the airport at about ₱350–500, for about 30–40 minutes and 17 km. You can schedule an airport ride ahead. A booking from Bacolod out to Silay is easy. A pickup in Silay, back to Bacolod, can be hard. At night, Grab is the most reliable choice.
Cars
inDrive has been operating in Bacolod since its 2024 relaunch. It is usually cheaper than Grab, and you agree the fare with the driver. Pay in cash, or by GCash transfer. Before you ride, check that the vehicle and the plate match the app.
Cars and motorcycles
Maxim is listed for Bacolod, for cars and for motorcycles. It is usually the cheapest app. Its motorcycle rides are not a formally regulated passenger service, so there is no passenger insurance. If you take a motorcycle, ask for a proper helmet.
Motorcycles and cars
JoyRide launched in Bacolod around December 2025. It runs motorcycle taxis and cars, and it provides full-face helmets. Its local regulatory status is still being reviewed.

The national pilot program currently covers only Metro Manila. Motorcycle rides in Bacolod are available, but they are not formally regulated.

Angkas and Move It are not available in Negros. Facebook pages that call themselves "Angkas Bacolod" are not the official app.
Shared van
A shuttle van runs from Bacolod–Silay Airport to Bacolod whenever flights land. The fare is about ₱200 per person.
Private van
For a late arrival, or a stay in Silay, we recommend our own van from the airport. Pickup is an extra charge. We do not show a price for it.

Open Grab first for the airport and for night rides. inDrive is the cheaper backup. Plan the ride back before you go somewhere rural, because pickups outside Bacolod are harder. Share your trip, check the plate, and carry small bills.

Go out for the morning. Come back while the light is still on the water. River time and the river does not rush are the two essays we mean by that.
