How we handle
your information.
Short version: we collect what you send us so we can reply and prepare your stay. We don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
When you send a booking request we collect your first and last name, email address, mobile number, the rooms and dates you chose, the number of guests, any meals you asked for, the estimated total and deposit, and whatever you write in the message field.
When you use the contact or enquiry form we collect your name, email address, your chosen subject, and your message.
We do not ask for payment card details anywhere on this site.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to check whether we can host the dates you asked for, to arrange meals, and to send you the details you need to plan your stay. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent to GoHighLevel, the customer system our team uses to manage enquiries and bookings. Your information is stored there and seen by the people who run Bukaw.
The site also uses Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. These measure pages, not people, and are not connected to your form submissions.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as we have a reason to — to honour a booking, to answer a follow-up, or to meet a record-keeping obligation. When there is no longer a reason, we delete them.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent you gave earlier.
Write to us and we'll act on it. If you are not satisfied with how we respond, you may raise it with the National Privacy Commission.
Contact
For anything about your information, including a request to delete it, email us and we'll reply.
